Journal "Osteuropa-Recht" - Legal Development in Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS States
The Journal was founded in 1954 by the German Society for Eastern European Studies to discuss current problems of the legal systems and the jurisprudence in the Eastern European countries. Since 1966 the editorial work is entrusted to the Institute of Eastern European and Comparative Law at the University of Cologne. The focus lies on the legal developments in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe as well as the CIS States.
