The Institute is partially open in compliance with the applicable Covid 19 protection measures (especially the 3G regulation). Due to the home office regulation of the University of Cologne, you can reach our staff most reliably by e-mail. Please arrange visits with us in advance. Please also note the information provided by the University of Cologne.

Library services are carried out in compliance with the current Covid 19 protection measures. From 20.09.2021 only those who are fully vaccinated, recovered or tested will be allowed into the library. These 3G will be tested in the entrance area. Please have your 3G proof and photo ID ready for this. No 3G proof is required to return books. AHA rules also still apply, as well as mandatory wearing of mouth-nose protection. Contact tracing is no longer required. Due to limited seating, prior registration is required.
